The Kołobrzeg Mini Volleyball Festival combined two tournaments for boys' and girls' fours teams. In total, 21 teams from across Poland participated. Approximately 80 matches were played during the three-day competition.
The organizers of the festival were:

- PRIMARY SCHOOL NO. 6 IN KOŁOBRZEG in collaboration with the Municipal Center for Sports and Recreation in Kołobrzeg, Association
